Fairly quick to unload. Nice people. Overnight Parking! They took me almost 2 hours early. Had two pallets that tipped over and fell off the truck when I opened the back doors. They accepted all 60 boxes even though many were clearly damaged.
Like most cold storage's can get behind at times. Usually pretty good about getting trucks out within 2hrs of appointments. limited overnight parking
Previously rated them 5* as it used to be a great place to load when it was Columbia Cold storage. You could come in a day early or an hour early and would be loaded in a couple hours. Now your lucky if they even start on you at your appointment time. No trucks at the docks, and no one in a hurry to do anything.. sad, as it used to be fast and friendly. Not so much anymore.
Worst palce to pick load.. they take 11hr to laod me..! They vry slow.. take couple hrs to load u.. even if u get the door..! -5⭐️
ALSO CAN USE FREE SCALE ACROSS STREET AT MCCAIN FOODS. GUARD AT MCCAIN WILL DIRECT YOU. TELL GUARD YOU GOT LOADED AT LINEAGE.
The people that say great people in the office are the ones that work there. They weren't very friendly and are very slow. 7 doors and after being here 7 hrs at any o e time they only have had 2 trucks load I g at any time. 2nd time here and hasn't changed since the 1st time. The only thing cool about this place is the auto load assgasket machine.
